Shipping policy

 

Enjoy complimentary shipping within Singapore for orders above $100. Otherwise a shipping fee of $3.50 will apply. For International shipments, we use DHL shipping partners, with postage fees supplied in real-time at checkout.

 

Order Processing

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within one to three business days. Our team work hard to ensure orders are sent out as soon as possible, however please allow an extra one to two days for your order to be processed and dispatched during, promotions, launches and over holiday periods.

 

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, an email will be sent to you with a tracking number. You may track the progress of your order by clicking the link in the email.

 

Order Amendment 

You can amend your order as long as it hasn't been fulfilled. To make changes, simply email us at hi@wastd.world with your order number and details of the item you'd like to update.

 

Taxes & Duties

Additional charges may apply to your order based on your location. Any import fees, declaration fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. For more details on customs, duties, taxes, or other import costs, please reach out to your local customs office.

 

Delivery Times

Please allow 3-5 business days for Singapore. For International Orders, shipment depends on courier estimates and will be supplied upon fulfillment. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you can track your parcel with the link provided in the shipment notification email.
